I’m committed to actively listening and empowering them to advocate for their health and wellness goals. I’m passionate delivering compassionate, individualized care through patient education and evidence-based practices. Helping my patients manage both acute and chronic health conditions, including mental health, brings me immense joy!
I love cricket and swimming. I am an avid content creator. I strongly believe in karma philosophy and strive to live mindfully by practising the art of Sushumna Kriya yoga.
